Is the platform difficult to use?

No. The interface works like a playlist: upload a file, set the duration and the content appears in the preview straight away.

Do we need to buy hardware?

No. The device connecting the monitor to INSCENA Kiosk is included in the service. With the rental option, the monitors are included too.

Can existing monitors be used?

Yes. Existing monitors are connected to INSCENA Kiosk and managed from the platform.

What happens if the connection drops?

Playback continues without interruption with the most recently uploaded content.

Who manages the content?

The client, their designer or their agency. The platform accepts images and videos and adapts them to each monitor. On request, INSCENA can produce the content.

How are failures handled?

Installations use professional hardware designed for continuous operation. In case of failure, support is on call 24 hours a day.

Where do you operate?

Throughout northern Italy, particularly in Trentino-South Tyrol, Veneto and Lombardy.
